A designer would research the history of a product they wish to innovate, because to understand how an object can be improved, it is helpful to see how it was improved in the past. They can look at those improvements, and see if they can be improved further in the current day and age.
I was interested in this product because learning about how cameras work and function seems very interesting, so to me, it seemed equally as interesting to learn about how it evolved over time.
I learned that when working with a partner, plan out ahead of time what you both should do specifically. Otherwise, it will get confusing, and both people will not understand what they are supposed to do.
Our presentation went fine, I think the history of the camera was interesting to many people.
a. Something I would do differently would be to plan ahead on what we were saying, so we could speak more towards the class, rather than reading off of the presentation. b. Something I would do the same would be to include the most interesting and notable innovations, that impacted society the most.
